On Saturday, September 29th, the Breast Cancer Foundation (BCF) will be hosting its 5th annual fundraising Gala at the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman. All the funds from the Gala and any Breast Cancer Foundation event are used solely to support our local community and breast cancer survivors.
There are still many critical needs for financial support and we are appealing to our business community to support this worthy cause, with a Corporate or Individual Sponsorship. While we are able to raise funds, used to support our survivors at the Gala, it is the Corporate and Individual Sponsorships that provide a large part of this support. We are eternally grateful for the support of our current Sponsors, listed below, however, there is so much more that still needs to be done.
Our goal is to surpass all of our previous fundraising events, this year. We can only do this with your generous assistance. Please support this worthy cause and our community by choosing one of our various levels shown in the Sponsorship Packages. By doing this now, we are able to promote your support in our community marketing, leading up to the Gala.
Our featured speakers at this year’s Gala will be Giuliana and Bill Rancic, two well-known TV celebrities who have firsthand experience about the tremendous impact that this disease can have on someone’s life. Giuliana is a breast cancer survivor and she and Bill will share their story about how breast cancer has affected their lives.
Within our community, funds raised through BCF activities, such as the Gala, are used for a wide range of needs. These can range from aid to local breast cancer patients, funding for the Cayman cancer register, C.I. Cancer Society programs, breast cancer educational assistance, sponsoring mammograms, and many other various breast cancer-related needs. Please find more information on our website.
Our goal is to be able to provide an increasing amount of financial assistance to support breast cancer survivors while helping to fund the programs and facilities needed to promote awareness and early detection. We can eventually beat this disease, but only through your kind support and sponsorship!

Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed form of cancer in the world. Every year, more than 1.3 million new cases are diagnosed.* The women affected are our mothers, our daughters, our sisters, they are our family, and they are our friends. Cancer knowledge and medical resources are very significant in the fight against breast cancer.
The Breast Cancer Foundation raises funds to support this fight in the Cayman Islands. We want to ensure that everyone is aware of the importance of early detection and has the necessary access to the care they may require. Our local survivors are proof that we can overcome this battle with Breast Cancer and win. Through the support of the Breast Cancer Foundation, we can make a difference, by giving the gift of hope, support, health, and life, one survivor at a time.
