Self Lymphatic Drainage for the upper limb using ‘Fill and Flush’ technique

by | Mar 13, 2016 | Lymphoedema, Patient assistance videos, Wellness News

This video was specifically made for all the ladies I have seen in clinic presenting with lymphoedema of the upper limb as a result of breast cancer treatment and surgeries. It can be a little confusing at first, but please give it a go if you have had permission to do so from a health professional. Your health professional will advise you on how often to use this technique and whether you need to focus on certain areas of the arm only. Give it a go, it will make a difference!
